Public transport

Tram lines 2, 4 and 5 are a great way to reach Allas. You can check current routes and timetables from Route Guide.

By bike

There are two city bike stations at the Market Square. Bike parking is provided right in front of the entrance.

By car

There is no customer parking at Allas, so if you arrive by car, check the City of Helsinki website for the nearest parking spaces, prices and payment methods.

By boat

Allas does not have its own boat dock and you cannot moor a boat on the pool deck. We advise boaters to park either at the Katajanokka Helsinki Marina, at the Viroallas next to the Old Market Hall or at the Linnanallas next to the Market Square.

Pools and Saunas

Bring a swimsuit, towel, sandals and a water bottle.

The changing rooms have lockers that lock with our wristband, so you don’t need to bring a separate lock or coin. All changing rooms have a hairdryer. There is soap available in the showers and bench covers are located near the sauna entrances.

Towels are not included in the swimming ticket price. They’re available for rent at the Allas Shop for 8.90 € per towel.

Allas Sea Pool accepts cash as well as most common debit & credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

The following sports vouchers can also be used to purchase tickets at Allas Sea Pool:
Smartum, Edenred and E-passi.

You can only enter the pools and saunas in a swimsuit made of swimwear fabric. Underwear and sports clothes, for example, do not qualify as swimwear.

No. Sea water in the sea water pool is pumped from cleaner streams further out to sea. It is then filtered and treated using UV technology.

Lost and found items are stored in the Allas Shop for a limited time and are delivered several times a week to the Finnish Lost & Found organization for further storage.

The wellness facilities at the Allas Sea Pool are not fully accessible. The changing rooms, washrooms and saunas in the main building are wheelchair accessible. Our landscape sauna is the most spacious of our saunas, and you can enjoy the warmth of the sauna at floor level without having to climb onto the sauna benches. During the summer season, the pool level can be accessed via a ramp. Pools are accessible via ladder (warm water pool) or stairs (sea water pool). There is no wheelchair ramp and/or wheelchair lift to the pools.
